NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

We are excited that you have made the decision to proceed with your tattoo! A nonrefundable deposit must be taken in order to secure your appointment.

This is necessary because we will be holding several hours for your tattoo appointment. Taking a deposit and making it non-refundable is the only means we have of ensuring protection against a client changing their mind or canceling, which results in loss of income for the artist. If you decide not to get tattooed, your deposit will be lost.  Thank you for understanding.

 

  1. After agreeing on appointment date/time, Vinny will collect a deposit for each session.

    $200 for an average sitting (1-4hrs) and $400 for a full-day (4+hrs) session.

  2. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your tattoo fee each session.

  3. The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment or you do not show, there will be no return of any portion of it nor will it be applied towards a later appointment time. New appointments require new deposits. If you arrive late, your deposit starts at the 20 minute late mark.

  4. To reschedule your appointment, a minimum two-weeks notice is required. Anything less that two weeks will result in lost deposit.

  5. COVID-19 Vaccination proof is required. (Bring to appointment or email picture of it in advance)
